I saw a program in the 90s where a group of economists were tasked with a study to see whether Africa was better of or worse by stopping to receive Aid from the West. They all came to a unanimous conclusion that in the long run Africa would be much better off rejecting the Aid. So what Traore and his team are doing, is commendable and the right thing to do. Most of those Organizations are there to represent their funders not the Sahel Countries. Any pains or difficulties that maybe encountered will be only temporary. All the African leaders should follow and support President Traore ideology, for the good of our Continent. Long live Traore!!

Ibrahim Traore usually makes good decisions. But I don't agree with this one. He was just talking about how Dubai was stealing gold. Now Dubai wants to come and put a office right in the middle of Burkina faso? What is in it for Dubai ? And then later on when things go left behind all that stealing that they're doing. All these different projects that they invested in. That will be a problem. Because now you're in debt to the same people who you have a problem with. I don't think it's a good idea. And I don't too much trust a lot of these Arabic countries just like I don't trust the west. Because let's not forget the reason why most of Africa is Muslim is because the Arabs had us as slaves before the white man. And they still enslave and mistreat Africans and black people in their countries. African women that go to Dubai looking for work are treated like dogs and a lot of times. They take their passports so they can't even leave and have to work for little to no pay. So I really don't trust them personally. But I support Burkina Faso and I hope it works out in their favor.
